Project Background
In multi-residential buildings, providing a stable, safe, and energy-efficient hot water supply is a constant challenge — especially during peak usage periods such as mornings and evenings. In this case, the client, a construction contractor managing a residential staff dormitory project in Chongqing, needed a centralized water heating system that could serve multiple units while meeting cost and safety standards.
Given the available electrical infrastructure and limited rooftop space, the ideal solution was to adopt an indoor electric storage water heating system with integrated control and safety mechanisms.
System Overview
This system features two vertical electric storage water heaters, each with integrated digital control panels and safety valves. The installation is designed to meet the daily hot water demand for up to 60 residents, with flexibility for future load expansion.
