Dimei’s new R290 refrigerant heat pump series enters the EU market with a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of only 3 - 99% lower than conventional R134a units. Compliant with F-Gas Regulation (EU) 517/2014, the all-in-one systems offer two configurations:
1. Indoor Ducted Version
Requires 600mm clearance for ventilation
Integrated condensate management
2. Outdoor Sideflow Model
IPX4 weatherproof rating
-25°C antifreeze operation (Nordic kit)
Both models feature inverter compressors with 35dB(A) noise levels - quieter than a whisper (30dB). Capacity options range from 150L to 300L with COP up to 4.6.
"As Germany phases out F-gases by 2030, R290 is the future," noted Dimei’s Product Manager. " Our units reduce annual CO₂ emissions by 1.2 tons per household."
